I purposely built this program with a lot of margin and spaciousness because I know you are a busy woman with a lot on your plate. We have three weeks on/ one week off from calls. The “on” weeks alternate between coaching calls (for you to ask questions and get unstuck) and coworking calls (for you to actually have scheduled time to get your book done in the creative energy of community.)

About Me
My name is Dallas, like the city in Texas (although, fun fact, I was not named after the city–I was named after my Gramps, whose middle name was Dallas.) I’m the author of nine best-selling books in a variety of genres, and I have more than two decades of experience in the publishing industry.
I’ve lovingly helped women around the world write and publish books and share the stories that matter most to them – and, in doing so, embrace their thought leadership, uplevel their income, and step into their best lives.
When I’m not writing or talking about writing, I spend my days chasing after my two young daughters; soaking up time with my husband; hiking trails at a local park; tackling my always-overflowing TBR list; and baking pumpkin spice everything all year long.

I work with clients around the world and I know you are juggling a lot of plates, so this is a big one! After you register for the program, you’ll get a link to vote on which time options work best for you. It will be a weekday between 9am and noon PT. We will have three calls per month, and they alternate between coaching calls (for you to get your questions answered in real time from me + the group) and coworking calls (for you to actually write your book within the invigorating creative energy of the group.)
We will be together for a full year – it’s expected that you will have launches and vacations and “life things” come up during the program, and that’s okay! When you sign up, you’ll receive a calendar with all the important dates and deadlines to keep your book on track. I deliberately built in plenty of spaciousness and catch-up weeks to prepare in advance for those times when “life lifes!”
The program is designed to fit around your life and business. It’s here to support YOU, not to be a source of stress. Come to the coaching + coworking calls when you are able (from your desk with video, or you are always welcome to take the call from your phone or have your video off)... clients tell me that even just listening in to a call shifts their vibe and energy for the week. If you have to miss, you can always access the call recordings and get support in our private Facebook group. All calls are recorded and well organized. All resources are well organized for easy access.
This program is capped at 10 women. Big enough to have energy and momentum that carries you through to the finish line of your book, and small enough to get lots of personal attention from me every week – I will grow to KNOW your book and your business, and I treat your book like my own. My team assists with editing and book design, but I am the sole coach in the program and you will always get 100% of my attention and care. I always reply to questions within 48 hours on weekdays.

This program is designed for women entrepreneurs (i.e. life coaches, health coaches, business coaches, therapists, graphic designers, online course creators, speakers) who are ready to grow their business with a nonfiction book. If you hate writing or don’t have the dream of publishing a book, this program is not the best fit. The coaching and co-working calls are scheduled for 3 hours/month. For the first six months, when you are writing the rough draft of your book, I would suggest you block off 2-3 hours a week for writing time. (However, this could be the same time you are already spending in your business doing content creation – we’ll talk about how to use what you are writing in your book as current and future content in your business!) For the second half of the program, you won’t need more than 1 hour/week, if that. A lot will be happening behind the scenes to get your book through production, without you having to worry about any of the logistics – my clients like to say “the magical book elves” are working on it for them! :)
